At Hues and Looms, we have a return policy only for damaged/ wrong products sent to you.
If you wish to return an item, please email us at designer@huesandlooms.com within 24 hours of delivery. Once confirmed, kindly return the product within 3 days.
Buyers are responsible for shipping costs and any associated customs fees. Any prioritized shipping or surcharges for remote areas will also be borne by the customer.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the saree must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Return Process: To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team designer@huesandlooms.com to request a return. Once approved, securely pack the saree with the original package and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service. The return process takes upto 7-10 days. Return charges to be borne by customer since we are offering free shipping.
Refunds: Upon receiving the returned saree and inspecting its condition, we will process your refund within 10-14 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your saree for a different size or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Due to variations in color reproduction, brightness, resolution, and temperature across devices may cause the colors you see on your screen to vary.
Please note that we do not accept returns/exchanges based on color perception differences.
